The Palace Theater in Wolcott is proudly owned by the partnership SLC Holdings, led by Jeremiah Schalberg and Frank Licari.

United by a passion for storytelling and community engagement, the partnership’s mission is to create exceptional family entertainment across multiple platforms, including film, television, live theater, and immersive experiences. Together, they bring more than 35 years of combined industry expertise spanning creative development, production, business leadership, and strategic partnerships.

The Palace Theater itself is operated under the umbrella of The Palace Theater Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established with a clear vision: to restore and revitalize this historic venue while expanding access to affordable, high-quality entertainment and cultural programming for the community.

Beyond first-run and classic films, The Palace Theater Foundation is committed to creating a vibrant hub for live comedy, concerts, educational programming, community gatherings, and special events designed to bring people together and enrich the cultural fabric of Wayne County.

The Foundation is also dedicated to meaningful community outreach through partnerships with local schools, underserved populations, nonprofit organizations, and area businesses. By fostering collaboration and creativity, The Palace Theater aims to offer an eclectic and inclusive mix of programming that appeals to audiences of all ages and interests.
