We need to add new theatrical lighting and a modular stage to The Palace Theater so that we can bring you live comedy and live musical entertainment.

We would like to renovate a portion of our basement and convert it into a lounge area to serve beer and wine pre-show and provide a spot for adults to gather and mingle.

We would also like to create a retro-arcade where children can come after school and on weekends to be with friends in a safe and fun environment.

We have plans to add ADA compliant bathrooms on the main floor as well as renovate the existing bathrooms in the basement, replace all emergency doors, renovate front door facade, update our marquee display and much more.
