Any other outside food is subject to a $50 Food Service & Cleanup Fee.

Choose the movie you'd like to see on the BIG SCREEN.

Movie selections must be arranged in advance and are subject to studio availability, licensing restrictions and applicable public performance rights.

Any required studio licensing or public-performance fees are additional to the birthday package price.

The Palace Theater will confirm movie availability and any applicable licensing costs before your selection is finalized.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your birthday package.

The remaining balance, including concessions, upgrades and applicable movie licensing fees, is due 7 days before your event.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and The Palace Theater has confirmed your date.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the $100 reservation deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

Non-refundable licensing, special-order or third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the renter are also non-refundable.

Parties may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge when requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event, subject to theater availability.

All birthday packages include two Palace Theater staff members.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Pizza and birthday cake/cupcakes may be brought in at no additional charge.

Other outside food requires a $50 Food Service & Cleanup Fee.

Decorations are permitted provided they do not damage the theater. Glitter, confetti and similar difficult-to-clean decorations are not permitted.

Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal event use may result in additional charges.
